Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Parties

  • Buyer:
    The individual purchasing services through our website. Buyer details will be collected during the booking process.

2. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement governs the sale and delivery of travel services (e.g., tours, balloon rides, transfers) purchased by the Buyer through the Seller's website.

3. Service Details

  • The nature, type, and details of the services will be as described on the Seller’s website and in the booking confirmation email sent to the Buyer.

  • Services are personalized based on the Buyer’s selections during the booking process.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payments can be made via Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer, or other accepted methods as listed on the Seller's website.

  • The total price, including any applicable taxes, will be clearly stated before the Buyer completes the booking.

5. Delivery of Services

  • Services will be provided as per the booking details confirmed via email.

  • The Buyer must arrive at the designated location and time for the service.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the service date are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service date will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

7. Buyer’s Right of Withdrawal

  • The Buyer may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of purchase, provided the service has not been delivered or commenced.

  • To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing via email or phone.

8. Responsibilities of the Seller

  • The Seller is responsible for providing the services as described and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • In case of unforeseen events (e.g., weather conditions), the Seller reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the service. Refunds or alternative arrangements will be offered in such cases.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In case of disputes, the courts of Nevsehir will have jurisdiction.
