1. Service Delivery
  • Upon completing your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your tour or service.

  • All services are delivered as per the booking details provided by the customer.

  • If there are any changes to the service schedule, you will be informed promptly via email or phone.

2. Booking Modifications
  • Modifications to bookings can be made up to 48 hours before the scheduled tour or service.

3. Cancellation and Refunds
  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled tour date are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour date will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

4. Late Arrivals and No-Shows
  • Customers are responsible for arriving at the agreed meeting point on time.

  • No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or no-shows.

5. Force Majeure
  • In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., bad weather, natural disasters), we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services. Refunds or alternative arrangements will be offered in such cases.
